Places You May Find Your Mobile 9-Month-Old (and Recent Stats)

Yes, Josh is now quite mobile. He has been crawling for a while, and lately he’s been walking, too. Last night he took 30 steps without falling! This morning he even turned around and changed directions a few times while walking in the foyer. You know what that means – Mama and Dada are very busy keeping track of Little Man. He went in for his 9-month well check Tuesday, and here are the latest stats – 18 lb. 4 oz. and 28.5 inches. His weight gain has slowed down quite a bit, but the doctor thinks that is because of his activity level. At latest count he has 8 teeth, including one chipped tooth (from a fall on a laundry basket). I thought you might enjoy some pics of the places we’ve been finding Josh lately.

Yes, he opened the pantry doors himself and began rolling pickle jars around on the floor.

Josh LOVES to walk around this glass table and play with the magazines (which are a “no”).

This is my favorite. He was crawling around the kitchen last night and found himself under this chair. He is so good at pulling himself up, so he decided to stand up – then realized he was trapped. Then Mommy insisted on leaving him there to catch it on the camera. Poor little boy!
I love this one, too. I’m not sure who/what he was looking at, but he was captivated.
This diaper box gave him more fun than I would have imagined!
Watching the Georgia game (the Gators had the week off) with Daddy.
We’ll be visiting Florida next weekend, then Raleigh the following weekend. If you’re in one of those places, we look forward to seeing you!

Hi there, gorgeous pics of ur little boy! A bit random but my 9 month old chipped one of her top teeth last night in the bath. Im so worried about it. Dont suppose u can offer some reassurance as i feel so bad that she has a chipped tooth at 9 months old! I hear ur little boy has a chipped tooth. Did the health visitor say anything about it?
