So last night at church I looked at my site using one of the computers there, and I used Internet Explorer to view the site. Boy was I disappointed! I don’t really understand all the technical stuff. I’ll leave that to people like Jason. (Sorry to volunteer you, but you are the man with all the answers!) He can tell you all the technical reasons, but for me, I just know it doesn’t look as good.

How so, you ask? Well, I spend hours working on my site only for it to be trashed because it is being viewed through a horrible browser. How is it trashed? Well see for yourself! For those of you (about 1/3 of my readers) who use Firefox, try looking at my site through Internet Explorer. See the difference!! For another 1/3 of my reader, you are all right! Why, because these are my Mac friends and they use Safari. (If you don’t know what it is, get a Mac!) For the last 1/3 of my readers, this post is for you! Get Firefox!!! Yes, trash Internet Explorer and get a browser that will correctly interpret the code that I write.

Yes, this might be a shameless ploy to promote Firefox as a superior browser, but lets face it. Anything is better than IE. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself! Download Firefox!!

For those of you who do not know, I am a Mac user. If you don’t know what a Mac is, well I’m sorry. You are missing out! Recently Mac has released a new set of commercials that compare the difference between a Mac and a PC. Be sure to check them all out! They’re great! And, oh yes, they are funny. Best of all, they are so true! Jenny and I made the switch to a Mac after I went for a week without being able to write a paper. I couldn’t type a paper because my computer kept crashing. Isn’t word processing one of the basic functions of a computer? Go figure, a PC that won’t work????
