Hello everyone! Well, I guess it is back to reality. Jenny and I had such a wonderful time on our vacation. We spent most of the week with my Grandparents in Roanoke, VA just relaxing and visiting with my family. My parents were there, and even my sister and brother-in-law dropped in for a visit.

Our activities for the week included a visit to Natural Bridge. We also had the opportunity to visit a place called The Center in the Square. It’s basically a science, history, etc… type museum. For me the highlight of that day was a movie that we saw about underwater volcanoes. It was done in the planetarium on the big screen. It felt like you were actually there moving. It almost made you sick to your stomach.

Over all, it was just a joy to take a week to rest and prepare for the upcoming semester. Classes start tomorrow, and in a few weeks we will be immersed in books. We are looking forward to the semester, but it is always a busy time. Please remember us in your prayers. They are always appreciated!

Here are some pictures the we took of Natural Bridge. Enjoy!

We will be heading to my Grandparents house in Roanoke, VA. We’ve been looking forward to this trip for a while. It will be a nice time of relaxation before the craziness of school starts back.

Hello everyone! Once again it has been a busy week so I have not written in a while. I started the summer out with a list of things that I wanted to do before school starts. However, I’ve been surprised at how busy I have been. I haven’t accomplished near the amount of things on my task list, but I have had a good restful time. And I’ve also gotten some things accomplished that I didn’t think I would have the time to do.

We’ve also had the opportunity to visit with my family. Jenny and I just got back from Danville where we got to see my parents and sister. It was good to see them all again and spend some much needed time with them. Mom was starting to get restless because it had been a while since we last saw them.

Anyways, I would like to write more, but I’ve got to get to bed. It’s getting late and UPS starts early, but I wanted to leave you with my latest project. Along with the 1,850 pictures from the trip, I also have about 6 1/2 hours of video. This is a preview of some of the sights that we saw. I hope you like it!

Hello everyone! I hope that everyone is doing great! Sory it has been a while since I have written, but as all of you know, life is busy. Jenny and I are doing great. The Lord has been so good to us in many ways. We just got back last night from visiting my parents in Danville. It was a much needed vist, because we haven’t been there in a while, but it was a good one. While in Danville we attended a wedding of some friends of ours. It was good to see old friends that we have missed.

I also wanted to take the opportunity to post some more pitures from our trip. We ended the trip with over 1,850 pictures. Yes it says 1,850! I think we had 5 digital cameras total between the group so I dumped everyones photos so we could all have them. Jenny and I just finished working on a photo album where we could only put in 500 photos. It was so hard to limit the number of pictures. It has been even harder to limit the number on the website. I know that many of you have been looking at them and if you happen to find one that you like, let me know (natekmiller@gmail.com), and I’ll send you the full resolution photo. In the meantime, have fun looking!
